This was my second visit with Dr. Moore and I can't say enough good about her and all of her staff! She is super thorough and professional, yet personable and relatable. The clinic is over the top with the snazziest examination equipment around! Dr. Moore discussed with me a couple of issues I have had and made me feel confident that she would stay on top of them! As it turned out, I was due for a new pair of glasses and McKenzie was so helpful (and patient) as I had the tough job of making up my mind about that perfect pair. Just a great experience with absolutely no complaints! A+++++
Had a great experience at Jarvis! The staff were all super friendly and the doctor and assistant made sure they explained everything in detail to me so I knew what was going on and what they were seeing. I did not have to wait long with my appointment at all and they had availability the same week I called to schedule. The environment is also very clean, modern, and welcoming.
The staff at Jarvis Vision Center is amazing! They are so helpful with anything i have ever needed and are always very pleasant. Dr. Jarvis is very knowledgeable about eye health and takes the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend them to everyone i know!
First of all, you have a very lovely facility, not to mention the restroom being very very clean. Your staff employees greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The technician was very kind and thorough with the testing, and so was Dr. Moore, whom I am very glad to have had an appointment with her. She was very good at explaining everything. Your staff employee was very helpful and thorough in helping me to decide the glass frames that I requested. Thanks for all your help and I will refer Jarvis Vision to others.
