Dr Rowland and her team are excellent. The eye exam was very thorough. They take their time. You are never rushed. Questions and concerns are encouraged. The building is spotless. Every one of my visits has been a 5 star experience.
The office is nice & modern. The staff is polite and informative. Dr Jeffier's explained what was wrong with my eye & how we could treat it & what to expect after the procedure is done. Nice experience overall.
New patient. Weird new vision problem due to autoimmune response. Called office and got a next day appointment. Saw Dr Lauren Rowland, who admitted she'd never seen my issue before either (eye bubbles due to fluid retention) but started with minimally invasive to (steroid eye drops, super lubricating gel drops, decongestant). She was quick, beyond efficient and through (as was all staff), follow up appointment a couple of days after start of tx's to ensure positive response. Can't recommend enough!
Dr Rowland and her staff were excellent. They took great care of me and explained what was going on and that everything was going to be okay. Thank you all for such wonderful care, compassion and kindness you all share. They are the best. Highly recommend all of them
