Stopped by the Super Walmart in Kokomo, and the first thing you notice is how massive this location is. It really has everything you’d expect from a Supercenter, from groceries to general merchandise, which makes it convenient for a one-stop trip. Parking is plentiful, so finding a spot was never an issue, even during a busier time of day. Inside, the layout is wide and open, but some aisles felt a bit cluttered in certain sections. Restrooms are available, but unfortunately they weren’t clean during my visit, which was disappointing for a store of this size. The checkout area had a good mix of self-checkout and regular lanes, and I was able to get out quicker than expected. Staff presence was hit-or-miss, though I did manage to find help when I needed it. Product availability was solid overall, with most essentials fully stocked. If they tightened up restroom cleanliness and organization, this location would feel much stronger. Still, for convenience and variety, it gets the job done well enough for everyday needs. I’m so glad Jen at self checkout is back! She is amazing! Every time I get to the checkout this momma is overstimulated on the verge of a mental breakdown after shopping with my young children. Jen comes to my rescue every time. She immediately starts offering to help me with the checkout process. I decline every time cause I know she has to attend to the other customers. Even tho I’ve declined her offer. She immediately starts entertaining my little ones. ( talking to them, playing peek a boo, dancing, playing the pick up a thousand times) I’ve never had someone at a store just offer such a kind gesture. I see her do it with all the kids that come through self checkout. I never see management when I’m leaving to let them know how much of a blessing she is during my shopping trip. Jen just know I appreciate you. Thank you for always noticing when an overwhelmed momma needs help without judging or turning away! We definitely was happy to see you back 😊

This service center service manager is won't name got to be the worst and has the poorest attitude I've ever met . When I got my tires and when I wanted a oil change. I know you dont care but I will not waste another thirty minutes to come to this service center as long people like her work there.

I like florida natural orange juice. It is very fresh. There are various stuffs with fresh foods.

I intentionally haven't shopped here in a few years. My reason was simple. Poor customer service and never having enough registers open when checking out. Yesterday, I purchased an air fryer purchased at another retail store. So, I thought I'd choose to shop at Walmart hoping I'd find liners. I was amazed at immediately having a mobility cart available for me to use. Also, when checking out they had many lanes open? Never had I been happier than today! They are improving. I'm assuming corporate are 'finally' waking up? My experience today was enjoyable. Thank you! 🇺🇸
