Jervey Eye Group

This was my first time here on May 11, 2026 for a second opinion regarding a work-related injury. The receptionist showed me excellent customer service. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient as she set me up for an appointment. I was seen by Dr. "Ram," he too, was very respectful, and explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to understand. His assistant was also helpful and kind as she checked my eyes and ran tests on them. I have been to multiple eye doctors within the past year and hands-down, this is one of the best places I have visited yet. Thank-you for your wonderful customer service! Lord willing, I hope to return again and recommend you to others.

I don’t see how the staff could have done any better. The front desk lady with the brown hair was extremely personable and helpful even following my appointment. The tech was a professional and nice. I think a lot of Dr. Diem. She seemed genuinely engaged. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and didn’t seem to be rushed which was refreshing. She was also very thorough, also appreciated. The entire visit was pleasant and very efficient. I was in and out super quick considering everything that was covered. Kudos to the staff! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Betts and the lady who did my glasses exam and lady who checked me in at the front desk. I would give 5 stars but the checkout process was clunky, having to sign back in and wait for my prescription, and I felt like that lady was impatient and didn’t want to answer any of my questions- put a sour taste on an otherwise excellent experience. But I’ll come back and the overall experience was really great.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are always thorough, knowledgable and helpful. Picking out and buying my glasses was very easy and the tech was so helpful and very nice. She made me very comfortable with the process.

I was looking for a new eye care office after moving to Easley, and wanted an All-In-One place, to serve all my needs. I looked up some places on Google Maps, and thought this would be a nice place. Jervey Eye Group was a great choice!! The staff are extremely professional and courteous, and friendly like a true southern family should be! My entire visit was a true pleasure. I will definitely recommend Jervey Eye Group to anyone looking for quality care!
