Absolutely fantastic service. I walked in and it wasnt too busy at the time and got seen for a new eye exam. Alyce helped me out at the front counter and Doreen helped me pick new frames. I have light sensitivity so i always check that the optometrist can do a tint AND transitions and this pearle vision is one of the few places ive been to that can! Thanks to insurance and Doreen helping me out i got my new frames and lenses for $400 off standard price. Highly highly recommend and will visit again again!

Very busy at times but the staff makes you feel like their only priority . Where else can you get glasses , gossip laugh and receive a plant! There was another patient there and she said “all they need to do here is serve cocktails, and it would be perfect“

THEY LIE ABOUT LENS QUALITY AND LAB PRODUCTION, IF YOU USE INSURANCE THEY WILL NOT THIN OUT THE LENSES AND BLAME YOUR INSURANCE. AND THAT IS AFTER THEY HAVE A QUACK DOCTOR GIVE YOU THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION SO YOU HAVE TO GO BACK. IN FACT, WHEN I WAS THERE PICKING OUT FRAMES, A MOTHER AND SON CAME IN WITH HIS LENSES NOT THINNED OUT EITHER. THEY CHARGE YOU $500 FOR LENSES AND THEN STEAL THAT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS WHILE MAKING THE LENSES STANDARD.

Who would’ve thought buying glasses was so much fun! From start to finish this was a great experience. Elise at the front desk and Doreen selling glasses! They are a great team.

An ear piece on my good frames fell off and non having a spare I did not know what I would do. It was recommended to me to see someone at Pearl vision to fix it. Emmanuel was unable to fix original piece but said he could be able to replace ear pieces. They match perfectly. I am thrilled!
