Lately, it's been difficult to fulfill my shopping list. Too many empty shelves. Whoever is in charge of ordering is apparently having difficulty doing the job. I'm not saying it's their fault directly, but they're not getting the job done.

Oberlin customer service sucks! It's called customer service for a reason! I went to exchange the SAME shirt for a different size, keep in mind I had the receipt. The lady made a face and got mad and told me they don't do exchanges. I said all I want to do is get a bigger size so can you give me a gift card and I'll check it out myself. She was rude and kept telling me why she wishes customers knew they don't do exchanges anymore. Then as I told her I'd check myself out she said I'll do it if that's all you have. She made the transaction very uncomfortable and kept telling me if there was a line I would have to return it and go to the back of the line. Keep in mind these 5 minutes nobody was in thst line. She owed me 3 cents for some reason, I don't understand why if it was the same shirt I had purchased but I told her to keep the 3 cents because I know the penny shortage going on but I should've been petty and took my 3 pennies because her customer service sucked and this is not the 1st incident either with oberlin customer service. I purchased Beats for my son's bday in blue. I changed my mind and went back to get black. The lady at customer service opened them all though I told her I never opened them and they were still sealed completely. They truly need new customer service workers.
Great Walmart, very clean and nicely laid out. Seems to be an older building that was upkept very well and had been converted to a Supercenter at one point. Would like to see the arcade open up again!
I love the Oberlin Walmart and it’s the place we always stop at on the way to the airport and Cleveland clinic. They have quite a few items there that I am unable to get at any locations within an hour of us.
My experience is overall pleasant, if you’re an unhappy person, you’ll always find something to complain about but in general, the employees were extremely pleasant very helpful when needed plus the selection from this location is amazing compared to the other ones in Lorraine County!!!
