Southern site is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Snyder is the best. Tina was so pleasant and helped me find just the right pair of glasses to fit my personality. Can’t wait to wear them and show them off. If you’re needing an eye exam or a pair of new glasses, check them out.
I had the best time yesterday picking out frames for my new pair of glasses. I must thank Kandie, Amy and Haylie for being my village trying to pick out frames. They were so sweet and kind even though l had half the frames in the store on the table trying to decide. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness in helping me finally decide on a frame. I swear it’s harder to pick out frames then to buy a house. 🙄😳🥰
Stay away. I was told my insurance would cover the appointment by their personnel when making the appointment. When I checked in the receptionist was confrontational, petty, bureacratic, and rude. The most irritating thing was the MULTIPLE violations of HIPAA. She announced my medical condition three times in a voice loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear. And with “attitude”. As if it was my fault for not having the correct insurance coverage. Not concerned at all about my time being wasted, ONLY concerned about "policy". Borderline arrogant, haughty, definately rude. The office adminstrator was the only person who offered a partial apology. Irritating. I'm a 100% disabled veteran with three forms of insurance. Will GLADLY go elsewhere for treatment. Their primary concern is billing, not patient care.
