I am a returning patient of 15 years and the service of this place has only gone down. I just recently had an experience where the office went on a 2 week vacation & they re opened with less days available and obviously they had 2 weeks of no patients so they are bottlenecking their patients. Which means, you’re waiting over 2 weeks just to get attended after waiting 2 weeks for them to come back from vacation. On top of that, I couldn’t go to a new doctor during the wait because they weren’t in office at all. I finally was able to get in contact with them today and transfer myself out of here. Which I was told, $15 + $1 per page on 15 years worth of records…Honestly sad that I have been coming here for 15 years and have to leave this way. I understand that everyone in life needs a vacation, I love to travel myself but the associates response when I was voicing my frustration was filled with attitude and talking smart. I was told in a very sassy manner that their vacation was posted on the door & on facebook. I also said how it is very inconvenient to be withheld from being attended for over a month, which she then responded “My doctor has me waiting a month right now” She didn’t seem to handle this situation professionally at all & I just hope to all future patients & the office at Optical is aware of this experience today. I give the place 3 stars because of what it used to be & how great it was before but I couldn’t say the same now.
