I had a very good experience. Dr Maanum answered all my questions and took time to explain my vision potentials can be. His office staff were lovely. Explain my costs and understood my limited finances. Did not try to " sell" me anything. Great experience!
We followed Dr. Nakada here from another practice for pediatric eye care. She is wonderful. ** Please note that this office is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Therefore it is not accessible to individuals using wheelchairs or strollers, and difficult for those with mobility issues. I was told that the back entrance has less stairs than the front. But also the bathrooms here are not accessible as they are located in the middle of the staircases.
Dr. Nakara staff was professional and very helpful. I received the best care from Dr. Nakara it’s always a pleasure to see her. Parking is a little challenging but the attention and care you receive is worth the inconvenience.
Changing doctors is tough and when my longtime doctor (30 years!) retired recently he highly recommended Dr. Maanum. The optometrists and the entire staff all really know their stuff and everyone is warm and professional. They schedule so there’s no long waits, the office is neat & clean, and they offer a really good selection of eyeglasses. I was overdue for cataract removal surgery and was given excellent before and after care. I feel well taken care of there.
