Had a car battery at a good price. Most Walmarts are air conditioned. This one was hot. Employees wearing fans around their necks. Tell mgt to get a c fixed. Customers don't want to stay and shop. They said the air was out last summer too. It's not like they don't make enough money.

This store is always pretty well stocked. When things are not stocked and you need help finding out if there are more they have great helpers. This evening Chanelle was a great help and she was persistent to make sure to find out if there was any more or if they had to wait for next shipment. I wanted to give her an extra shout out cause she was also very nice about it as well and knew people that worked in the department in question. Thanks again!

I placed TWO delivery orders TWO DAYS in advance, for the SAME address and SAME delivery window. I placed the second order to use a coupon Walmart emailed me due to a delivery problem on a prior order. Both orders today were fully picked and ready early this morning. Walmart managed to deliver the larger order by 9:20am, yet left the second order sitting there unassigned and then pushed the delivery time back - and now still undelivered two hours later. This is beyond ridiculous. The driver was already coming to my house. Any halfway competent system should have combined both orders into one trip. Instead, Walmart’s delivery system failed at the most basic level of common sense and efficiency. Even more frustrating is that this is supposedly the kind of thing modern logistics tech and AI are designed to handle. Apparently not. Instead customers are left wasting an entire morning because Walmart’s systems are either poorly designed, poorly managed, or both. At this point I fully expect the second order to stay “delayed,” meaning lost in the system and/or canceled altogether. Completely unacceptable experience from a company of this size. I’m seriously rethinking the value of paying for Walmart+ if this is the level of service and coordination customers receive.

It has become absurd how customers are treated. While I understand there is theft in the store, I'm not it. Having my receipt and items scrutinized as if I'm a thief has gotten old. The constant carding, regardless of age is ridiculous as well. As a customer who spends entirely too much money there, after a while, it starts to feel like harassment.

The fellas in the autocenter proved today that they're either unforgivably lazy or completely inexperienced. I came in today with 2 tires needing replacing. One tire had a small bend on the rim that they claimed was irreparable and needed a new rim and they didn't even bother looking at the 2nd tire because they didn't want to do the first. Another customer in the autocenter suggested we visit El Amigos Tires and have them look at it and they were able to replace the tire no issue not even needing to repair the bend because it was inconsequential to the tire. It really goes to show to trust reputable specialists and not to just go with Walmart because they're the cheap and convenient option.
