Arrived for my 8am appointment and the door was locked, watched the workers inside for a minute before they came to unlock the door for me and another patron. After entering and giving my info to the front desk employee I had to wait till 8:10 to be seen (already 10 minutes past my appointment time) I was taken to the back area by Ophelia who was friendly and quick with getting some of my eye stuff done. This location has a weird parking lot but it’s free and has multiple spaces. This location has some Christian propaganda around, crosses on the tables and a Bible in the back area. Did not purchase any glasses here, only did an eye exam. Whole appointment lasted about 35 ish minutes. Was disappointed with the extra fee with paying with a card, wish when I called this location to ask originally about an appointment that they had mentioned this extra fee. I would have brought cash.

It's been a couple of years since my visit. Upon entering the lobby, I wasn't sure if I was at an optometrist, a funeral parlor or a church lobby. Jesus was everywhere. I don't know why, but I found this off putting. I don't go to an eye doctor to find God. My time with the actual eye doctor was mostly fine. I was there for a routine eye exam and contacts. I didn't want glasses and was up front about it. That said, it irritated me that everyone I spoke with tried to sell me into glasses. It became comical after awhile. And for those reasons, I'm out
Honestly amazing experience from beginning to end. I called on a Monday to get an appointment as a new patient, and they squeezed me in 2 days later. The eye exam tech/assistant was SO kind and the Doctor Hoye was so thorough and didn’t make the process scary at all. And then, to getting the glasses after my exam, the woman I worked with was so helpful and really helped me with my decision on what frame to choose, and was honest about my lense thickness, prices, etc., so happy I found this place!!
Bought my first pair of glasses from them 5 years ago, and in that time they never had to be tightened or repaired. The glasses finally snapped in half last week, but the prescription lenses remained in tact. Took them in to be looked at and explained how much I’d loved these glasses, and that I’d recently lost my vision insurance and was worried about being able to afford new ones. They offered to see if my old lenses would fit a pair of used, donated frames they had, and as luck would have it, they did! They literally Frankensteined a pair of glasses for me using my old lenses, a donated frame, and even the arms of my old glasses (which I’d mentioned how much I loved for their comfort and durability). Even better: they did it free of charge! While that was amazing, I was more impressed at the kindness, willingness to help me, and the resourcefulness of this team. 100% recommend!
We had to take our son here to get his first pair of glasses. The place is definitely bigger than any Opthalmologist I have been too. I don't think you will get a personal touch here as you would with a smaller office, but nonetheless the staff was friendly and helpful in getting my son his first pair of glasses. Update 6/7/25 I had originally given them 5 stars because of how good our initial service was in early April. It is now June and my son still doesn't have his glasses. Luckily, I had his prescription and was able to order him pairs online that came in a matter of days.
