Great experience from the first phone call to book. First off they answered the phone and secondly the person I was talking to was actually in the office. Big points! I brought my daughter in today for an eye exam. Waiting / reception area clean and pleasant - Waited about 5 minutes (Impressive). Staff was extremely kind and helpful. I think they did more test than I have ever seen done. X-ray of the back of the eye then explained it. I was so impressed. Dr. Jones (female) took her time. I never felt rushed and the staff the same. Very friendly and helpful. I am happy to be under their care. Thanks Jones Family Eyecare - Great Experience!

The staff are incredibly helpful. I’ve been a customer there for years and I’ve been extremely satisfied. They offer after hours Support. You can reach the optometrist directly. Send a message, and they will return your call.

Brought my daughter for an eye exam today. Staff was extremely helpful, great personalities. No long wait, awesome job explaining the eye exams. I cannot say enough good about this office. I'm beyond impressed! I will be going back!

I have been a patient here for many many years. But I just called to schedule my one year follow up, that is due in December, and was told it would be February!!! At what point in a practice do you start taking care of the patients that have been with you for years and quit taking on new ones? The girl on the phone did not even try to see if she could get me in sooner. So disappointed **UPDATE— they called me back and got me in sooner and also scheduled my son who needed to come sooner. I just want to say thank you for the staff for caring that I was upset.

Most pleasant staff I've ever seen at a doctor's office. Everyone there was extremely helpful. I went in because I had a piece of metal in my eye. The doctor was very quick to see me. I thought my vision was pretty good before, but after another visit and exam, they made it GREAT! I think I'm pretty handsome with glasses 😂
