These guys are great. Very helpful, they explain everything, help you pick out what style looks best on your face. If you have problems they help you fix them or give you options. I have a family of 8, and 6 of us wear glasses and/or contacts. We also have a daughter with special needs and they are so great with her! Great with all my kids from very young to adult age. Now that they have a location in Sioux Falls, we don’t have to drive to Brandon for our exams. The Sioux Falls location is close to our home and still gives us the great experience we get at the Brandon office! Thanks Jones Family Eye Care for being THE BEST!!!

So very disappointing. I ordered my daughter some no line bifocals (new script for bifocals for her) from Jones. I was trying to support a local business. It cost $500 alone for these lenses in addition to standard lenses cost. Upon her yearly check-up (which we just had) her ophthalmologist informs me he can't find the bifocal at all. After looking closer, they made the bifocal at less than a centimeter from the bottom of the lenses. He said he would ask for his money back and to not return to this place. I then took her new script to Walmart, they too looked at the glasses and said too that it was less than a centimeter from the bottom of the glasses. I called Jones and talked to someone about this asking for my money back since they obviously made these wrong. They told me since it's been a year they would not refund it even though it was a product I paid for that basically was "never received" since it was improperly made. Also, they said that my daughter (who has communication issues and never had a bifocal before) should have told me they weren't working. As I told them, it is not my job to double check their products. They said they could make us new lenses but I informed them our ophthalmologist told us to never return to this place for glasses and I already ordered her new ones at Walmart. I am so disappointed that they cheated my daughter out of vision for a whole year (when she already struggles academically) all because they didn't check their product. Then on top of that, not willing to refund me the money for a mis-made product, verified by two different optical places. It's very hard to support a local business when you have customer service like this.
I was very happy with my initial service I got with them. Emily i think her name was is amazing a true asset to the company. I have had glasses for over 30 years. In the last 10 years I have never scratched a lens. This time I accidently did and when I went in for the warranty placement. The woman that helped me was beyond rude she talked to me like I was child and treated me like this was the first set of glasses I ever had. One person csn ruin a whole experience for someone and she sure did for me. Even if she did say that is not how I meant to act. I worked customer service for 20 years your tone of voice is crucial on how you address people in the customer service world. I give this women a F for that. I dont ever want to go back there. I will take my business else where because I do not want to interact with that person again.
Jones Family eyecare is the best. My family has been going to Dr Allison and Dr David since the opened the clinic in Brandon(also before-we followed them) They have wonderful support staff who are always willing to help you. If you have not done so go check them out, you will not be disappointed.
In today’s medical world, it is very nice to have Doctors genuinely focused on your healthcare. Thank you
