Been a patient at JV for years and I'm satisfied with the staff and very clean property. They can usually get you in to see one of the nurse practitioners pretty quickly. However, I feel the NP's are overbooked and unable to get to know their patients. I saw a NP there for a couple of years but every appointment felt like it was the first time I was ever there. I switched to a Dr and I still feel like a new patient at appointments but I'm happier because my Dr has listened and responded better than the NP did. It seems like the Dr and the NPs have way too many patients. I've had to walk out of a couple appointments because of waiting to see the provider for an hour past my appointment time. I wish they would hire more doctors and nurse practitioners to help with the overwhelming number of patients that need reasonably priced medical care in Lebanon MO. After being a patient for a few years now, I'm more patient than I was in the beginning, but I can definitely understand why so many patients are upset with the service at JV in Lebanon. In my opinion, healthy patients with little or no chronic medical conditions will be more satisfied with a JV NP, but patients with ongoing medical issues will benefit from selecting a Doctor at Jordan Valley in Lebanon MO.

Jordan Valley STILL EMPLOYES THE NURSE PRACTITIONER who would be responsible for my mother's death HAD I NOT BEEN THERE. I got recordings and records. (After the update, I'm thinking we should only be speaking to an attorney!!) GO WITH YOUR LOVED ONE AND INSIST ON PROPER MEDICAL CARE! Even when they threaten you. Don't trust them.

I'm needing my medication refilled been out for a week and they say the can't refill it tell I'm seen in May. I have high blood pressure and epilepsy and they said I'll have to wait tell my appointment to get them refilled which is two months away. Don't rely on caring service or for them to do there job

Im currently getting treated at compass for some mental depression and anxiety I've been going through. I haven't been to the doctor alot so I don't alot of stuff. I was getting my primary care doctor established yesterday, I didn't really know what that meant, because of not alot of experience. I also have trouble explaining stuff, as well because of my anxiety issues, and then im already really nervous about hospitals and doctors as it is. My appointment was for 4pm I waited in the exam room for almost an hour. And when Shelly finally hot in there. I felt like she really wasn't listening to me and trying to understand, my compass health team all seem like they care and have been working on helping me. I didn't get that feeling at all with Jordan valley or Shelly. Im sorry. I don't recommend going back

Jordan Valley Medical Center in Lebanon, Missouri left me feeling disrespected and unsafe. As a patient, I felt like I was treated as a burden instead of a person. Staff were rushed, inattentive, and seemed unprepared to handle basic patient concerns. The clinic appeared severely understaffed, and the quality of care suffered because of it. I was not listened to by the nurses or doctor, important symptoms were brushed aside, and the overall experience felt careless and unprofessional. No one should walk out of a medical visit feeling worse, confused, or ignored — but that’s exactly what happened here. This place needs serious improvements in both staffing and patient care.
