Yes it's clean. But that's about it. Half of the store is now behind glass and good luck finding someone to help you, let alone someone who has a key. My breast pump broke as I was getting ready to use it and I needed a new one, stat. Of course those are behind glass. After about 15 min of standing around and being passed by 2 employees who refused to answer my plea for help. I looked for someone. No one in a 5 aisle radius. After standing around for another 5 min, I was able to flag someone down and said they'd be back. 5 min later, nothing. I finally got the attention of a second person who managed to retrieve someone with a key less than a min later (bless that employee). You can't leave the store without them harassing you for your receipt and to paw through your belongings. Because a diaper box doesn't fit in a bag, apparently that flags me as possibly stealing? Even though I literally just went through a checkout line with both a camera and an employee staring at me. I will not stop so you can harass me and paw through my belongings, and you can't make me. Lines for self checkout are almost always horrendously long because there is no one in the 20 rows for the staffed checkout lines. There are always people either outside or inside trying to sell or preach something so shopping in peace is not possible. The wait for someone to show up at the customer service desk takes forever. And there is no way to alert the people in back you are at the counter (and no, yelling doesn't work).

Usually good experience but this older dude at self checkout was a character. Machine wasnt taken card. So he decide to try it but it was with a attitude and I really didnt ask him. So aggressive and I ask let me just wait for a new register. It was 2 damn items but he made it go through after 10 attempt just jamming my card in and just threw my card on the counter. That's my bank card that I recieve deposits on. You need to take care of him because I wont let it happen again.

I had to go in to pick up a cake and a few items for a party. Had to check myself out which I absolutely HATE!! I don't get paid to work there, I don't want to do the job of a cashier. If they want to lower the prices to compensate customers for their time, maybe...but I don't want to scan and bag my purchases. Not to mention it never fails that I have 1 or 2 items that always require that helper person to come and use their key to override something!! UGH!!

Horrible experience. I ordered a $600 gaming laptop, but Walmart delivered a lightweight package that turned out to be a toy. When I stopped the driver, she refused to take it back and told me I might not get a refund. Customer service gave me a return barcode, but two stores refused to help. The staff at Store #2774 were very cold, unhelpful, and treated me like a fraud. After 3 hours, I was told to dispute it with my bank. This experience completely destroyed my trust in Walmart. If you plan to buy anything valuable here, be very careful—you might receive the wrong item and get no supp

The workers here are amazing but the policemen IS A CLOWN. He interrogated my kids for NO REASON. Apparently the reason was because they were at an area with a football. They need to get rid of this clown before he hurts someone doing nothing
