I was referred to EyeGlass World by a friend who told me the service was great and very fast. I drove 1.5 hours to the store because I needed new frames and quickly! Jules greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help me. I got an eye exam and picked out frames. I knew my prescription was so bad that I probably needed seeing-eye dog. Jules helped me and got me a set of temporary glasses the same day. It was the most difficult prescription they had ever done. I got to leave and go home and be able to see while my permanent glasses were being cut and would be ready in a week. The customer service I received from Jules was nothing less than outstanding. She’s absolutely wonderful and I would drive the hour and a half just to work with her again in the future. Thank you, Jules for all you’ve done for me! Kevin Monaghan

Charity knowledge about different frames, lenses, and coatings was impressive, and she explained everything clearly so I could make an informed decision. I especially appreciated her patience while I tried on multiple styles—she offered honest, helpful feedback that made the process much easier. What stood out most was her professionalism and positive attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with my choice. It’s clear she care about both the quality of her work and the satisfaction of her customers. Thanks to her assistance, I left with not only one pair but two pair of glasses that I love and a very positive impression of the company. I would definitely recommend Charity to anyone looking for great service and expert guidance.

I’ve had consistently great experiences here - everyone is friendly, quick, and very accommodating. They make the whole process easy every time I visit. I especially want to recognize Charity for her outstanding customer service. She is always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Charity and Jewels were absolutely amazing with my two daughters! They made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, helping them pick out glasses and ensuring everything was sized perfectly for a comfortable fit.
