I had a great experience with Dr. Joyes Abraham and her team. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Dr. Abraham took her time during my visit, answered all my questions, even the complicated questions and explained everything with patience and clarity. She made me feel reassured and cared for, which means a lot when it comes to eye health. The staff is also very easy to contact and reach if I have any questions with anything. You can tell she truly respects her patients and wants the best for them. Great clinic for anyone looking for a thorough and compassionate optometrist.

Joyes is an excellent doctor. She prioritizes every patient's care. She has been especially helpful in helping me and my son with various eye issues. She is truly a gem and I drive out of my county to go see her!
just finished my contact lense exam with Dr Joyes Abraham, love their services!Patient and friendly
I have taken my 4 daughters to see Dr Abraham for a couple of years and she was excellent. Very thorough and explained things better than most optometrist. But this year, when I went to make our annual appointments, I was told about their new “policy” about not having more than 2 appts at a time. As a busy mom, obviously, convenience is important and I don’t want to have to make several trips for all my children to be seen. I think any place that has such policies doesn’t have the patients interest at hand. Because, really, what difference does it make if I take up 3 spots compared to 2? Especially when I have flexibility to come in whenever you can see all of them. I was then told that I could make 2 appts and the 3rd could be a walk in, but if it got too busy, then an appt would have to be made to come back a different day. So potential for more inconvenience. I finally decided to go ahead and do it because as I said before she is a good dr. But then I was told, they were no longer contracted with my ins either because of a recertification issue with no timeframe. At that point, I was over it. Unfortunately, she had to lose several patients and when I told the receptionist about that she didn’t seem to care either.
When I went to Dr. Abraham she took the time to explain about concerns that I had in a way that I could understand. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism!
