Sam’s Club tires and batteries Department are phenomenal! I booked my reservation for tire rotation and balance through the call center. I arrived an hour early, they were able to check me in and do the job in less than one hour. Then, I was also able to check-in early for our other vehicle scheduled at 6pm. I got there at around 1:30 and they were able to complete the tire rotation and balance just in time for me to pickup my kid from school. I immediately felt the difference on how smooth my driving was, no more steering wheel vibration when I’m driving over 70 mph. The steering felt sturdy and solid. I was very impressed with their professionalism, swift action to do the job efficiently and effectively. Shout out to MIKE, very grateful for your help with our vehicles! Thank you for keeping my family safe! It’s very important not to overlook getting your tires balanced and rotated. Lastly, can’t beat the price compared to other auto shops. Highly recommended!
