I’ve been coming here for several years, Dr.Scattini is nice but unfortunately the service has gotten worse and worse and now I’m finally made up my mind this would be the last time. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. In early December, I ordered prescription sunglasses with a slightly tinted brown lens. The optician repeatedly confirmed that I wanted lenses similar to the model sunglasses, and I clearly said yes. When I went to pick them up in January, I was given a pair with blue reflective lenses that looked nothing like what I had ordered. Even I was confused and had to ask if they were correct. The optician checked the model lenses and admitted they were wrong, saying she would send them back to the lab. By early March, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called to follow up. It took about 20 minutes for someone to locate my order, and I later received a call back informing me that the sunglasses had never been sent to the lab—they had just been sitting in the office the entire time for almost 2 months. I was told the optician responsible was no longer working there and that they would fix it immediately. After another 3 weeks or so, nearly four months later than my original order, I finally received the corrected sunglasses. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. I made the mistake of ordering another pair and asked them to email me the receipt. I was told it would be sent the next day, but after a week, I received nothing. I called again and was told it would be sent within 10 minutes—still nothing. After following up yet again a week later, finally after confirming serval times, I found out they had my email address wrong. This is despite the fact that I had filled out forms years ago and had previously received appointment reminders and emails from them. And my previous experiences were no better. I asked them to order a frame to try last year, the front desk person said they would call me when the frame arrive and they never did. With any of mine or my husband’s glasses, we have to call multiple times to get the receipts and to know if the glasses arrived cuz they’ll never call. Even with staff changes, the front desk service remains disorganized and unreliable. Overall, coming here has been disappointing experience every single time. If you are only getting eye exams then Drs are nice, but avoid ordering anything from here at all costs.
