Took my daughter to get her broken frames replaced. The optician was very professional. He listened intently to my daughter, was very patient with this little customer and allowed her peruse his selection with ease while trying to find her ‘perfect’ frames.Best customer service I have experienced in this neighborhood. I definitely will return to Karl Aris.

I went to check out some frames and he had just closed, a lady came with her daughter who had hers broken and he let her in and repaired hers as mom said she couldn't see without them. I didn't stay but I was encouraged by how selfless Karl was so I returned earlier another day.
