I had an issue with the level of service initially, but Dr. Kauffman and Kevin, the practice manager went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was addressed, and my needs were met. They were very professional, and I'm confident we will do business for as many years as G-d gives me! I'm going in to order my glasses,
