I love that all of my doctors are on the same network. I don’t like the new kiosks. Patients should always be able to talk to a receptionist when arriving. Also, Kelsey keeps pushing virtual appointments. I don’t mind them, but sometimes we need an office visit. Especially when seeing a new specialist or for a new ailment.

I truly appreciate Ms. Tran because she takes the time to listening never makes me feel rushed during my appointments. She is patient, attentive, and always offers helpful advice that makes me feel supported in my care. I feel like she genuinely cares about me as a patient, which makes a difference in my overall experience.
