From when I called to set up an appointment to when I came to the front desk today, I had really good feelings about this place. I had bad experience a year ago at a local eye doctor. It was the first time I’ve had an eye exam and prescription glasses. It has been a nightmare for a year. I called Dr Kempara’s office, and felt like it was very professional, and that they cared about their patients. The exam with the Dr. Kemparas was very professional and very thorough and he listen and cared about any questions that I had. The woman that helped me with the frames, which was a big issue at the last place, was very thorough and very helpful, and I trusted, in her helplessness. I would recommend this office to anyone!
