I am very disappointed with my experience. I have returned three times because my glasses prescription was not correct, and I still cannot see properly with my glasses. What is even more concerning is that a second eye exam was not performed to thoroughly recheck or reassess my prescription after I continued reporting vision problems. After multiple visits, I expected a careful evaluation and a solution, but I am still struggling to see clearly. This has been both frustrating and inconvenient, especially after investing so much time in follow-up appointments. My suggestion to improve patient care is to take concerns about prescription accuracy more seriously and provide a comprehensive re-examination when patients continue experiencing vision issues. Better follow-up and more thorough testing could help prevent situations like this and improve the overall patient experience. And your response to the review is not true I even request a new eye exam that you never performed and a progressive lenses and I get the same kind of lenses. You never offer any options like you mention on your response. But I understand my lesson and next year I will be looking for other eye doctor.

Doctor Kennedy is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience, from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was clean and well-organized. Dr. Kennedy took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the exam, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Even after moving to a city two hours away, I still make the trip back for my yearly checkups with Dr.Kennedy That’s how much I trust and value the care I receive.

Thank Dr Caleb Kennedy visiting your office was a great experience. Your staff worked me in when I had an emergency. The follow up visit was also great. You have definitely gained a new patient I will also bring my sister to see you. I made sure to tell Dr Scott M Pearl how great your service is. Thank you again, regards.

I just had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Family Eye Site. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this practice prioritizes patient care and excellence. Doctor Kennedy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the examination in clear, easy-to-understand language. They listened patiently to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel completely at ease and well-informed about my eye health. It's rare to find such a perfect blend of expertise and patient-centered communication. Equally impressive was the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They handled check-in smoothly, assisted with insurance queries effortlessly, and guided me through the pre-exam tests with remarkable patience and kindness. Their professionalism shone through in every interaction, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put any apprehension at ease. I left the appointment feeling confident, cared for, and truly appreciative of their dedication. I highly, highly recommend The Family Eye Site to anyone seeking top-tier eye care. This team goes above and beyond!
