I was sold on the customer service and the eye glass variety. This was my fifth eye glass place I’d walked into. Every one else just pointed me to the huge wall of options. My experience started with a phone call. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant, polite and empathetic - so i decided to make a visit. The gentleman who greeted me asked if I knew what I was looking for and 5 minutes later he handed me 8-10 options. Twenty minutes later they were ordered and I was walking out the door. Best experience of my life. Everyone will ask me about my new glasses and I’ll recommend Ken’s.

Ken’s was very fast and efficient. We loved their selection of glasses and even got to meet Mr. Ken himself! He is very knowledgeable and kind. And omg the prices and deals are amazing! We will definitely be back!

A family owned business 👏 👌 🙌, and I highly recommend this place. very advanced in technology, the newest equipment, and all kinds of eye exams (eye prescription, eye 👁 pressure, eye disease, picture of your retina...) all this without dilating your eyes 👀, because dilating the eyes was done in the past, not any more with this advanced technology and equipment they have. most of the insurance cards are acceptable 👌 The number of kids frames in this store is much more than other places I have visited. very respectful people, knowledgeable and kind. don't hesitate to call or go to ask any questions.

these people are AMAZING. everyone is very warm and welcoming, they are sure to greet you and introduce themselves immediately when walking through the door. they were very involved and helpful at helping me with my selection of glasses based on my insurance. i’ve struggled for weeks trying to find somewhere that accepts my insurance and i’m so thankful i was told about this place. i came in for glasses due to the fact i lost my last pair and ran out of the last of my contacts when trying to find a new place to go. after everything, they found out i had been blind for over a week trying to find somewhere accepting of my insurance (without costing an arm and a leg), and that i had driven myself, the kind man named ken even gave me a free trial of the contacts i use in the meantime to ensure i get home safely. told me he wouldn’t be able to sleep at night had he let me walk back out that door without being able to see. WONDERFUL experience all around. 10/10 recommend!!!!
