Key Optique

I want to begin by saying that I was very impressed with Key Optique. #1 - I made a last minute call on Monday, my appointment day, before the office even opened, because I realized over the weekend that I had forgotten to verify my insurance coverage. I received a returned text message within a few minutes BEFORE they even opened verifying the coverage. #2 - very clean office as the photos show #3 - the staff was extremely friendly and helpful #4 - Dr. Keelee was super nice, patient and thorough #4 - after my exam, she proceeded to tell me that my prescription did not change much and were almost the same as my glass lenses that I had. There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase more. She explained that at any time if I decided to get new frames then the prescription would be on file, just call to make an appointment. WOW, what a team! Thank you, Key Optique. I will be back and will refer others to you.

#1 Good location, it's easy to get in and out of #2 Real pleasurable people to deal with. There are always happy #3 Get in and out with no problem. #4 Always text you before your appointment to keep you informed.. #5 Overall have had not any problem at all and enjoyed all my experiences. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. I was a new patient, check-in was easy and I was quickly called back for my eye exam. Both staff and Dr. Brown were very thorough throughout my appointment. I was asked meaningful questions and provided helpful recommendations for my situation. It was a relief to have a personable Doctor who showed true interest in the patient. There was also a great glasses frame selection!

Key Optical was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, attentive, and has a fantastic eye for helping you find frames that truly complement your face and personal style. The frame selection is incredible—beautiful, distinctive, high-quality choices with so many options you simply don’t see everywhere. I loved being able to try different shapes and styles while getting thoughtful, honest feedback without ever feeling rushed or pressured. I was also fitted for contact lenses and was given a pair to try. I’m wearing them now and absolutely love them! The fitting was comfortable, thorough, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. What really stood out was the personal attention. They made the entire experience fun and easy, and I left genuinely excited about both my new frames and my contacts. Beautiful selection, exceptional service, and people who really know eyewear. Absolutely five stars!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Brown’s office. From the moment I arrived everyone was very friendly and professional. The staff took time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and really cared about my eye health. It was a great experience start to finish.
