The staff there is incredible they let my dog come in who had to go to the vet that day so she was with me. And then the receptionist even helped me pick out my glasses and told me which ones looked good on me. They were so friendly and fast may I mention! I cannot wait to get my pretty glasses in a couple of weeks!!!
Very thankful for staff's understanding of my children. I'm a single mom that has more than a few children always in tow. Keys Eye Care Staff showed kindness to my children and me.
I've only been to this office for appts twice so far in my life, but first off, I've never had a bad or rude experience with ANY of the staff- at any given time they're completely happy to answer any questions I've ever had, big or small, and never with any inflection of impatience or annoyance; and to top it off, the doc and and his wife always have their two little doggos up there in the office; and hey any business that the owners are willing to share the company of their angelic puppers with their patients is an 11/10 in my book!!!
Amazing staff. They had snacks and coffee for their customers. They were quick and worked awesome with both of my children that went. Highly recommend this place.
The staff and doctor were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. My son has a cornea scratch, was miles away from home and he wasn’t an established patient but they got him taken care of right away. They explained things to him and scheduled follow ups in a timely manner to assist in his eye care. He loves this eye doctor and I would highly recommend them to anyone. He isn’t 100 percent yet but they are doing everything possible to assist in making that happen.
