My husband and I have been going here for years, and they have always been extremely helpful, professional and make it their mission to take care of your needs. Matt and Adonis are the best at finding frames that are perfect for you. If there is any problem, they will try their best to fix it. They feel like family, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

2026 Update: Still using this optometrist after 3 years and have had solid experiences each time. Matt must have an incredible memory as he greets me by name each time I come in every year. Have had multiple pairs of glasses and lenses cut and they've been as ordered each time. I've found that I prefer Trivex lenses with their highest scratch resistance/AR coating. Had a wonderful experience with Matt over the last few weeks. I've spent the last month looking at different eye care centers after finding out that I needed glasses and had a terrible time with a few other chain stores in the area. I walked in one day and started talking with Matt about lens types, my issues, and my experiences with the other stores. He was able to get me options for every lens type and brand I was interested in which no other store had been able to do so far. At the time of writing, my turn around time was less than a week for SV Zeiss CR-39 lenses with DuraVision Platinum in a Ray Ban frame. The total cost was significantly cheaper than my other quotes from other chains. Matt also fitted the glasses quickly and accurately to my head and I couldn't be happier with the outcome so far.

This was our first visit to Kieffer Optical. It went great. All staff are very personable and make you feel like you are at "home". I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service is top notch. Prices are comparable and they accept a wide variety of insurances.

Phenomenal and super personable service. I dropped in to get new glasses because my kids had broken my favorite pair. I was helped immediately and shown the frames I was looking for. The proprietor then helpfully asked me why I wanted two pairs. After hearing my story he asked if I still had my favorite frames which I did. He encouraged me to let him fix them and then I would only need one new pair- saving me money at his expense! Then he fixed my favorite pair on the spot. Something that was not even my radar before hand. I am wearing them right now and am so happy about it. I really cannot say enough about this establishment. Absolute top notch people and service. If you need eye glasses GO HERE!!

Love the staff! Very kind and helpful!! Great variety of glasses! Only thing some people might want to know before going is they are very expensive, they don't have a variety of prices in eyeglasses! It just goes from high to very high, although if you have medicaid you always only pay a percent on eyeglasses so a $300 pair ends up being $100 or less.
