The care here is great, but the service my second visit there was awful. Very condescending and rude receptionist who talked to me like a child after I didn’t realize I didn’t update my insurance info prior after a recent, very messy, change of employment. Honest mistake on my part, but no need to act that way. I won’t be back. At least my last provider’s team was polite and didn’t treat me that way. The doctors there are great though, nothing against them.

Horrendous customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Kimberly Eye Clinic was extremely disappointing. I was sent to collections for an outstanding balance that I had no idea existed, which ultimately affected my credit. When I contacted the clinic to understand what happened, I was told multiple billing notices had been mailed to an address that was never my home address; it was my ex girlfriend's parent's house, I never once lived here nor ever used this address for anything, ever. I distinctly remember verifying my information during my appointment as anyone would have to prior to their appointment; general healthcare practice, patient info verification right? I still don't understand how an incorrect address ended up on my account. During my visit, I also specifically asked whether my exam was covered by my insurance and left with the understanding that it was, aside from contact lens-related costs. Finding out months later through a collections agency that I owed hundreds of dollars was both shocking and frustrating. What disappointed me most wasn't just the billing issue—it was the lack of customer service afterward. After my initial response from the clinic, I sent multiple follow-up emails asking for clarification, requesting that my records be corrected, and trying to work toward a resolution. Those emails went unanswered. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, I was left with damaged credit, unanswered questions, and the feeling that once the account went to collections, no one at the clinic was interested in helping resolve the situation. I hope others have a better experience than I did, but I cannot recommend Kimberly Eye Clinic based on how my situation was handled and how I think they'd handle the same for you.
Dr. Strudel and the girls at the Kimberly Eye Clinic are all so very helpful... what I like best is that they all have a sense of humor to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for all you do for our community.
Everyone is so nice! I have been going to this clinic for a couple of years now and always have the best experience.
I really appreciate how conscientious Dr. Stradel was and he would let me know about which services would be an extra change so I could make an informed decision whether to have the service done. He also would let me know of rebates available for my contact lenses. This is a place where you feel valued and I would recommend it.
