Note: You must have an appointment. So bizarre that even when store is absolutely empty middle of day, they refuse to let you browse frames without an appointment. Not customer friendly.

So bizarre that you need to have an appt to even look at the glasses. Very disappointed since I don’t live nearby and wanted to visit there today
Dr. Tom, Kathy (the optician), and all the staff are great. Dr. Tom is the best eye doctor I've ever been to- thorough, patient, and kind. They have a fantastic selection of frames and Kathy really knows how to listen when you explain what you're looking for in glasses. The staff is pleasant. I recommend this optometry business as the best one in SF!!
My family has been seeing Dr. Tom for more than 10 years. We've even moved to the East Bay and continue to come here because we don't trust our eyes to anyone else. The office also has a great selection of glasses and and everyone is always super helpful. Can't recommend them enough!
it used to be better, but things have change . Going to this place makes you feel like you are just another insured customer not about caring for your eyes. They lost the touch, i have seeing this Dr at list three times to get the right prescription, but results were negative. It has been 3 weeks waiting for my contact lenses and am still waiting even calling a few times .
