Such a sweet and soft-spoken owner. Her office is beautiful, welcoming, and very family friendly. There are lots of toys for kids and cute little touches throughout the office that make the experience feel comfortable and fun. She also has a huge variety of glasses and options for both adults and children. Highly recommend!
Highly recommended! Dr Tran is wonderful, she's both professional and very kind. The exam is quite quick and there's plenty of frame options to choose from if you want to get glasses there. Her office is more spacious at the Vista location.
I was so overwhelmed when my 2 year old daughter needed glasses. I am so thankful our pediatric ophthalmologist recommended Kinderspecs. They were able to show me options that fit her correctly and looked cute. They have a great selection of frames for children. Linda cut the lenses there and offered to make them thinner so my daughter's long eyelashes wouldn't touch the lenses. They are professional, kind, and lots of fun! My daughter and I both enjoyed our visit there and ended up going back for her second set a month later. I'm so thankful for their warranty too...we ended up using it for both pairs of glasses.
Dr. Tran is an absolute delight. She was quick yet very efficient and didn’t treat me less than due to my insurance. She also didn't try to relentlessly upsell me like other offices have done in the past. I’m very pleased with my experience.
Dr. Tran is a caring person who goes the extra mile for her patients. I needed a pair of prescription sunglasses before a 2 week trip through Arizona and New Mexico so I could share in the driving and not be blinded by the sun since I had no other prescription sunglasses I could wear. She went above and beyond to get them made and in my hands with an extremely tight timeline before the trip. Also, one of my eyes are so bad that she made a strategic recommendation on my new prescription that made all the difference in my overall vision. I highly recommend her.
