I cannot speak highly enough of this eye clinic. The receptionists are polite and friendly — they can answer most questions and work to reschedule appointments when necessary. The doctors and techs our family have seen are great. They listen and pay attention, and all exams have been thorough. I also appreciate the way they explain the medical stuff so clearly.

I had Cataract surgery on both my eyes with DR. Hardaway in February/March. I couldn't have had a better Expierence. A True Professional. He's Very Meticulus at his Profession. Dr. Hardaway and his team were very Caring and Compassionate thoughout every step of my Procedure. THANK YOU Dr.Hardaway and your team.
I brought my 11 year old to be fitted for her first contacts. She couldnt get the contacts in. Doctor told us to go home, practice, and come back. The kicker is.....they wouldn't give us any contacts to take home and practice with. I would have happily paid for them. The doctor said for my daughter to practice holding her eyelids apart and touching her pupil with her finger. The doctor did not try to help my daughter one single time and spent less than 30 seconds in the room with us. The assistant was nice and tried to help my daughter put the contacts in but the doctor put forth zero effort. The doctor said it was illegal for her to give/sell us contacts until she could see that my daughter can put them in. I feel they should have "dummy" contacts that kids can practice with when this situation arises. Instead, we are right back where we started and will have to take more time off work to come back and do the exact same thing we did today. Frustrated is an understatement.
Amazing customer service and care from the techs/doctor. I had an out of pocket expense that wasn't covered by insurance and they worked with me on the payment and the price was affordable. Definitely recommend 👌
I had an appointment here for vision changes due to a TBI and eye pain behind my right eye. While making the appointment we set some expectations in advance it may not improve. The receptionist and the girl who initially pulled me back with my partner was great. However someone came to check the prescription and became unreasonably rude because I said I wasn’t getting a clear vision on the device. Which was a known possible outcome. I then felt like she escalated her anger so I ended up requesting to leave without ever seeing a provider. I personally would not recommend this clinic to anyone and my partner was completely shocked when he saw it all happen.
