Klarity Optical 2020

I went with them because my doctor recommended it. However, I should have gone somewhere else. Extremely slow from start to finish. They took over 1 month to get my glasses. Also very low quality service. If they anre your only option go for it, but if you can go somewhere else do it without hesitation because they are not worth it.

I liked the doctor and have had a few eye exams here in the past few years. However, after my last exam they called me and tried to charge me an $80 copay for a simple eye exam (no contact lenses or anything extra). I have no copay for my annual exam and used my insurance same as always. I refused and they tried to convince me, but I didn’t pay and they never sent me any kind of invoice. So I won’t be going back there ever again.

I have had issues with my vision for years. But no doctors could get the prescription just right. Until I came here, now, I have a prescription that works and does not give me a headache, and the doctor listens to my issues and found a solution. I cannot thank her enough. This is a great optical. I recommend 1000%. My work has improved as well because I can see and I make less typos and mistakes.

Very clean and beautiful place take their time to take care of me and answer all the questions had love it would definitely come back

I waited more than 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment for a regular eye exam. I ended up just walking out. Ridiculous.
