Alot of people know me and know what i was going trough, Dr. Klien and his staff, from the front desk to all the staff made a very concerning experience turn out great. My laser eye surgeries was life changing 🙂 my vision is restored setting up for all this was also smooth thanks to the staff behind the stage we forget about sometimes but not this time. Thank You all.. I have no hesitation recommending this place, the only thing I regret is the time 👁 I spent with cataracts.

This location is very unprofessional. Very crowded. Is nowhere to sit at all you go from one spot to another down the hall still know where to sit and it was appointment for my son. I don't recommend no one should go there especially not for the first time a horrible experience. Also while I was feeling out the paperwork the lady at the first desk state something to I put something wrong with 6 others girls that was staff members standing around said something in Spanish about but they wasn't aware I knew Spanish. I address the situation and got my ID back and told them I will receive another physician. They all was looking at shot then when I said that and told them you need to not talk about people in Spanish cuz you don't know who knows the language. I will make sure I tell all my friends and whoever else will recommend this doctor not to go to them very unprofessional

The staff working in the optical department are unprofessional; they talk too much and take an excessive amount of time—even just to pick up a pair of glasses. The service is abysmal. I do not recommend getting your glasses here; the customer care is terrible.

Absolutely horrendous. I scheduled 2 appointments with them. The first was canceled because the specialist wasn’t going to be in until 2pm. The second was scheduled for 9am which miraculously was changed to 11am without my knowledge. I called back and let them know I needed earlier so they “kindly” gave me a 9:30am. THE NIGHT BEFORE they left a message saying the doctor wasn’t going to be in until after 10. This is not okay. People take off from work and rearrange their days for these appointments. They don’t care about your time, they won’t care about your health.

They canceled my appointment twice, and then they still made me come in only to tell me they were closed. It was 1:50pm and they were closed for their Christmas celebration(I understand their celebration, but they changed my appointment two weeks ago for today). They could have at least called to let me know they wouldn't be open. I had to take my children out of school, and they couldn't even give me a note. I wasted my time with you
