Glenna was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was selecting new glasses.

Knox Community Hospital Ophthalmology – Dr. Kohler’s office (Mt. Vernon, OH) My experience here was one of the worst displays of patient disregard I’ve ever seen. After the nurse completed my exam, I was told there were no rooms available — even though I had just been in one. I was pushed back into the waiting room so they could continue stacking patients far beyond what they could handle. I sat for over an hour on Christmas Eve with zero communication. When I was finally placed in a room again, I waited another twenty minutes with no update and no sign of the doctor. I never saw Dr. Kohler at all. I eventually walked out. On my way out, I passed multiple staff members standing around who didn’t acknowledge me or ask a single question. This wasn’t a busy day. This was a complete failure of basic professionalism and patient care. No one should be treated this way.
Love Dr. Durbin, the facility in general. They take their time, don't rush and explains in detail if they find an issue and what can or cannot be done.
The optometry department is awesome!!!! My glasses broke in two 1.5 weeks before my daughter’s wedding!! The department fitted me with new ones, called the manufacturer to see which lenses were in stock, and ordered them as I was leaving! My new glasses arrived in time!!!! I am so appreciative!!!!!
Old Brassy blonde at the optical shop is very rude. I should have taken my prescription elsewhere.
