I've been blessed to have received healthcare from both their doctors and dentists. The best part is that they work with people who have moderate and low income. I don't know what I would have done with the problems that I've had with my teeth if they had not helped me with their grants and sliding scale! Top quality doctors and equipment. I have used their services for over 20 years so I have a lot of experience which enables me to recommend their medical expertise. Appointments may take a while to get as with many doctors but they do have walk-in emergencies

Yesterday I had a doctor send in a prescription here. I work till 5:15 in Kailua but I live here so I just thought I would pick it up on the way home since it's near my house. I saw they closed the pharmacy at 6 so it was perfect! I get there at 45 and no one is there except one woman. She informs me that the pharmacy closes at 5:30. Great. Frustrating since the hours say otherwise but nothing I could do so I left. I see they open the next day at 8am, so I go in around then just to have them tell me that because I wasn't a patient there, they wouldn't release the prescription. I understand that train of thinking, but it would've been nice to know since I've tried to go to this facility twice now and there's nothing about this Online. I then had to re-call my healthcare providers, wait for them to resend a new prescription all of which could've been avoided if they had accurate information online. I still haven't received the prescription and it's pretty urgent. I'm sure everyone is lovely that works there but this experience was really frustrating.i

I hope this clinic will join MyChart. I feel like access to patient notes from urgent cares and emergency room visits would be easier through the app. Staff are very kind.

Had multiple bad experience in this clinic. The doctors, such as Dr, Wittin, Dr. Velasco, and Dr, Truman were great, no problems with them. Would give them 5 stars and I hope they’re doing well wherever they are now. The staff here are terrible. Never answers the phone, made an appointment for a specific date, they called me reminding me of my appointment which was on a different day. I told them I am not able to make it on that day because that isn’t the day I made an appointment for and they said that its what they have on file. On another day, went to the 1st floor to check in and there was literally no one at the front desk and there were a lot of us waiting and our appointment was at 1 and it was 1:20, I had to call Kkv to let them know that no one is downstairs and everyone is waiting. Called multiple times to make an appointment for my son and they didn’t answer. I left a voicemail with my name, number and reason for calling, multiple times. Haven’t had a call back. Called 2/3 times a week for a month. Stopped trying after. WIC Called me for my monthly interview and they asked something with my kid and i told them that I am not able to get in touch with that department, they said they would call them and reach back to me. Nothing, Called awhile after, no one answered. Now onto the gynecologist section. My first pregnancy, I had Dr. Nishi, which is the head of that department. My appointment would be at like 9am and I would wait 1-2 hours till he sees me. So what is the point of my appointment time?? This happened to me multiple times. It is a constant thing, waiting for 1-2 hrs to see him. He was also very harsh at measuring my stomach with the measure tape. I would see the mark where he pushed down on my stomach with the tape. I did my usual pee in the beginning and at the end of my appointment I was walking back to my car which was very far and I was at 8 and a half months. Mid way of my car, they called me back to take another pee test because they forgot to take a test with the other one, I told them I didn’t have to pee anymore. Very frustrating with this clinic. Need to hire legit staff and not just anyone that applies. I seen an posting on indeed that they were looking for Medical Assistance, no certification required and no experience needed. When I seen that It is explained so much. If this is your only resort to medical then go for it, but if not please choose some place else. Such a Terrible place.

So far I've had good experiences. Dr Ruth Chong has been amazing in going above and beyond. She genuinely cares about your health and well being and won't rest until she figures out what's going on. Amazing doctor and person. Highly recommend.
