I’ve been a patient here for 6 years, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. The dr Linda is highly skilled, attentive, and truly cares about patient well-being. The staff is equally amazing—always welcoming, professional, and efficient. The level of customer service is exceptional, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
This is my 2nd time have eyeglasses made there because the product is good. So, I decide to have my eye exam here. It is my first time have the eye exam in the L'Optique. It is different than other places. But every process is good and necessary to make sure I can have good results. Dr. Price takes her time with me for my vision process. She is very nice & professional. I also met her three assistances who are super nice and professional too.
I love coming here - Dr. Price is an expert and very professional. The staff is always sweet and tremendously helpful. Their frame selection is very stylish although a little expensive. I have to thank Johnny for being a HUGE help picking out frames quickly and he even adjusted my current frames on the spot.
I had a fantastic experience getting my new frames with progressive lenses. Johnny has a great eye for design and found a perfect frame fit for my face and style. I felt pampered and cared for throughout. They also accept major insurance and open on weekends. Highly recommend!
I have been going to see Dr. Price for 3 years & have been very pleased with the comprehensive eye exam I have received. She listens to any concerns & answers questions I've had. Her team, Johnny & Claudia are friendly, helpful & fun to work with when choosing new frames. They have a nice selection of frames you don't see at the mainstream eye places such as Prodesign & Face a Face. They even send out emails about designer trunk shows when the frame designers showcase their newest collections. I highly recommend Dr. Price if you are looking for someone to take care of your eyes & her team of experts to help you pick out a new pair of glasses.
