Terrible service. It takes months and months to get an appointment, weeks to receive a prescription, and then they cancel appointments on the same day after waiting an eternity just to get a simple eye exam. Awful.
Good morning, I just wanted to let you know that you do excellent work. I work for an insurance company, and it's rare to see opticians that follow all the protocols and provide such good service. 1. You give the prescription to the customer, something many opticians are even charging for or refusing to provide, even though it's already part of the payment to the provider. 2. You work on a benefits basis, which is a real advantage because most opticians operate on this system. 3. Excellent prices and availability of eyeglasses. 4. The employees are very friendly and always find the perfect frames for me. 5. You work by appointment and are always punctual. 6. The eye exam is done thoroughly, not rushed like at large company opticians. My whole family goes there, and I continue to recommend you.
