Since I’m a very shy person and as soon as I walk in, the staff makes me feel so comfortable. They greet you with a warm welcome and friendly smiles. As they take me through my exam they have me feeling so relaxed and very comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of how great the staff is at LaHaye Total Eye Care. Thank you to all the staff and doctors.
I am very pleased with my cataract surgery. The staff and doctors are always very pleasant and easy to work with. So nice the surgery center and all my eye appointments are in the same building in Opelousas... saves time and driving!
The Lafayette Office... My experience there was amazing... My first encounter was with the receptionist, her greeting was welcoming and she was very helpful when it came to my paperwork... Now here's the best part of my visit, not only was Dr. Kim professional and kind, but the young lady who prepared me for the doctor was so informative, she had the most calming voice, and the way she explained my stages in aging with my eyesight was phenomenal... Not once did feel like an old lady who was being put out to the pasture... I only had the pleasure of meeting only 4 members of the staff and just them alone speaks volumes about all the employees... Thank you ❤️🩹
My family and I really have confidence in the Doctors and staff. Everyone is very professional and helpful in the office. Especially Mrs. Shirley that works with you during the selection of your eyeglasses. She is always helpful and will go out of her way to help you. On several different occasions, I observed her positive work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to help both myself and others while choosing glasses. Today she repaired a pair of my glasses that had nose pad issues. She took her time and meticulously replaced them even though they were a little difficult to get right the first time. I am very grateful and thankful for the support and service she provides for her patients, and I would give her more than 5 stars however 5 is the max I’m allowed to give.
I had the opportunity of meeting the Opelousas staff just yesterday. I was blown away how great of an work environment it is. Everyone from the receptions to Doctors were so pleasant to talk too. It was like I been there before. They all make you feel right at home. Can't wait to go back!
