Lake Eye Associates – The Villages

Several years ago I changed to Lake Eye after bad experiences at another practice. Best decision i ever made! At my recent visit I was still noticing.the differences: Lake Eye is like a breath of fresh air. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff is extremely well-trained, professional, friendly, and polite. This includes everyone from the check-in desk, to the assistants, and the medical staff. As a patient I feel they all cover the details and want to deliver the best care for each patient. You may think this is a fake review, but I assure you it is not. I could have written it after my first visit to Lake Eye a few years ago and everything is just as true at my appointment last week. If I could give an award, it would be Best of Class!

I love how organized their offices are. I made an appointment about a month out and they gave me opportunities to come in sooner. When I arrived, they took me back right on time, performed all the necessary tests, and then I saw the doctor in a timely manner.

Even though it was my annual exam, Dr. Gutti took time to answer all my questions especially ones regarding glaucoma. His exam is always thorough and I never feel rushed. Scheduling an appointments never a problem. Having the option of completing check-in questions online is easy and convenient. The office is run efficiently and staff members are helpful.

I highly recommend Dr Holman. Once the topic of nutrition came up during my first visit with him, we had a very educated and engaging conversation. Most doctors honestly know less about nutrition than I do, but not Dr Holman. Since nutrition is the foundation to eye health, I definitely respect and trust Dr Holman.

I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time before seeing anyone (too long) and then saw the doctor for maybe 5 mins. He was knowledgeable, nice and answered my questions. I probably didn’t need to see a doctor in the first place (that’s on me). The techs, staff were also very friendly!
