⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Lake Ridge Vision Center! From the moment I walked in, Kayla Williams was welcoming, polite, and always smiling. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Dr. Faiq was equally outstanding. He was very kind, professional, and thorough during my eye exam. He took the time to explain everything about my eye health in a way that was easy to understand and recommended products that best suited my specific needs without making me feel pressured. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service I received. I highly recommend Lake Ridge Vision Center team, especially Kayla Williams and Dr. Faiq, to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Everyone in the front office was extremely pleasant. They were able to answer all my questions. Dr. Sutton was delightful. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She said my prescription had changed some. And she understood my concern about my wet macular degeneration and the legal blindness it has caused. I am very sorry she is leaving the practice.

My visit last week Friday was the best experience at an eye doctor that I’ve ever had. Yanet, Charlotte and Markayla at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and explained all my questions I had about my benefits. The technicians and opticians were all very welcoming and professional. Dr Jablonski took his time to answer all questions and didn’t rush me at all. I really felt like I was part of the family and will continue to get all my eye care needs here!
