Visited yesterday for a routine eye exam and had a great experience! The doctor and staff are all very knowledgeable and through, but still efficient with your time. They communicated about each test they were doing and made sure to answer all my questions. They also have a huge selection of glasses to choose from, and the optician was so good, she helped me pick the perfect shades that I am just stoked about. Highly recommend this practice!

I cannot tell you how impressed and happy I am to have called this place. During my initial phone call to get scheduled (though I understand this isn’t normal) the lady had an appointment / cancel happen right before we started to talk. Within 7 minutes my eyes were dilated and within an hour of talking on our initial call I was walking out of the door with a prescription and two pairs of glasses on order. Highly highly highly recommend this place. Don’t go anywhere else in Tooele. The service and prices can’t be beat.

I visited Eye Health Professionals on 3/24/2026 and was told I had retinal detachment and retinal tears in both eyes and that I needed emergency evaluation by a retinal specialist due to risk of blindness. I immediately went to a retinal specialist the same day. The specialist found no retinal detachment, no retinal tears, and documented that my retinas were attached. What has been most frustrating is that after multiple emails requesting an explanation, correction of my records, and a refund of the $48 I paid, I have received no response from the office. Everyone understands that medical providers can make mistakes or exercise caution. My concern is the lack of communication afterward. Patients deserve an explanation when they receive a serious diagnosis that is later contradicted by a specialist. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

Dr. Parker is great! He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff are great, and they are always able to make appointments that work well with my schedule. They were even able to fit me in next day when something came up. This office is a well oiled machine!

I have went here for years and always loved them. Went in today for a recurring issue for the last 3 or so months. Seen a new dr, no matter how many times we told him this has come and gone and continuing to be more often for months now he just kept focusing on this being the only time and said to come back if it does it again. Felt like we got nowhere
