We love Pleasant Optics! All the eye doctors here take care of all our needs. Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. They take care of us for our glasses needs, contacts and our kids eye health. We are so grateful how quick they get us in for emergencies too! Highly recommend!

Dr. Keller has been my optometrist for years. She and the staff are very professional and courteous. They are all wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Pleasant Optics.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. I had some issues arise repeatedly and called four times to ask for the manager Josh to return my call. He had others call me back. I called again and asked for the manager. They told me he was wrapping up with a customer and it would just take a moment, A different employee came on the phone and began to explain the issue and how to fix it (so kind). I said what happened to the manager I would like to speak with him. She said he’s not here today. It appears he’s avoiding responsibility. I’m not impressed

I "lost" half of my contact in my eye! Wasn't able to get it out! Dr Jacob Zanea was able to remove that small piece of my contact within minutes. His professionalism and expertise were sooooo appreciated!! And of course this was on a Friday!! His staff were courteous and were able to get me in within an hour and a half from when I called. I had been a happy patient until recently. The front desk and doctors are wonderful, but ordering from the optical staff is a disaster. They will ignore you while you are waiting, even if no one else is there. We brought back glasses we recently got for repair 4 weeks ago. Calling them and leaving a message does no good. Stopping in they are helpful to your face but don't follow through with what they say. At this point, I guess the glasses we spent hundreds of dollars on are gone. We will not be patients here any longer.
