I have a very wonderful experience. This is a very, very big supermarket. Walmart supercenter they have subway restaurant inside. They have grocery organic products egg milk they have so much of things cloths houseware electronic items. They have pharmacy inside. They have vision centre here. They have plenty of parking. It is located one of the best area in Connecticut highly recommended. This is one of the biggest Walmart supercenter in Connecticut and New Haven. Highly recommended to everybody must come and check out really very wonderful things.

Bad business. Don't order or go to this store the people are involved with false advertisement. Association here is bad. Time consuming and too costly for your own purchases. Order once from this store an item 2 or three times then suddenly it's not on the shelf like they don't restock the items that you previously bought. Deliver damaged items and they give your purchased items to other people and some of the delivers take from you. Bad business.

I always go to this Walmart because it’s the closest one to me. All the employees on the floor just stand around with their headphones in, staring at their phones. They always treat you rudely, even when you are polite to them. On Sunday, May 17, 2026, at around 7:00 PM, I went to one of the glass display cases in the body wash section. I pressed the customer assistance button and waited for nearly 10 minutes, but no one ever showed up. I then approached an employee who was in the makeup section; she was sitting down, looking at her phone, and wearing headphones. I politely asked if she could help me; she replied that the person in charge of that area had gone on their break—and was actually supposed to have returned already—but said she would send someone over and told me to wait there. I waited another 5 minutes, and still, nothing happened. I approached the same young woman in the makeup section again and told her that no one had come to help me; she told me that she couldn't help me herself and that I should go to Customer Service. When I arrived at Customer Service, there were two women at the register—once again, all three of them were staring at their cell phones. They didn't even turn to look at me. I politely said, "Hi," but they just looked me up and down, went right back to staring at their phones, and continued talking amongst themselves in Spanish. When I realized they were ignoring me, I told them that I had already waited over 10 minutes in the body wash section and that no one had shown up. One of the women finally turned around and said she would send someone over. That really annoyed me, so I just left the store. For some reason, the employees at this Walmart don't seem to realize that they are actually working. A very bad experience. I had to go to target after that.

Zero stars The pickup area is the worst. I’ve never experienced such a terrible grocery pickup. They made me wait in my car for an hour, and no one ever brought out my groceries. I finally went inside to ask what was happening, and they kept telling me that someone would bring my order out, but no one ever did. I ended up leaving and canceling my order. The customer service was terrible.

I needed five items and four of those items were under $2. Couldn’t find anyone to open up the glass doors and who needs to lock up a pair of $1.00 nail clippers? Ironically, the whitening toothpaste for $9 weren’t locked up. Smells like weed both inside and outside the store. I have been to some insane places but this by far is the worst walmart I have ever seen including Camden. Next time I’ll gladly spend more money at cvs.
