Lawrence Watson, OD

We followed the Yelp reviews and luckily found Dr. Watson's office. We came from another Optometrist's office after a bad experience I realized just how much better Dr. Watson's office was after being there just 5 mins. Our daughter who's 10 wanted contacts but got cold feet when we walked in. It is a family run business and makes you feel right at home. So much so, that our daughter was eased into trying the lenses. I could talk to Kailee Watson for hours if I could! She spent so much time with us and I learned things that I didn't know even after 25 years of use of contact lenses. How many Dr. offices do you go to where the entire staff stay an hour past closing on a Friday night? They were so dedicated to get our daughter to get those contacts in! The whole experience reminds us of what customer service really is, and what it ought to be. Thank you Dr. Watson family and staff!

Dr. Kailee Watson made my 3 year old feel so comfortable at his first ever eye doc appointment. His school sent him home with "possible pink eye" and they were able to squeeze us in so he could get back to school. The office was super clean and welcoming. Dr. Watson did a very thorough exam and then explained everything in a way I could understand. She really saved the day for our family!

Dr. Kaylee Watson saw my elderly mother on short notice and was very attentive and patient, best of all she removed all the irritating eyelashes. Excellent service and will be our go-to!

Just talked to Watson office- inquired about Oakley single vision lens for my Oakley frame Oakley told me to contact them- they told me $185- I gave them the prescription info- then they called me back telling me they had to do something with Oakley that they were not clear in expressing to me- I filed a grievance against LensCrafters who first told me $219 then jacked the price to $487- Anthem contacted Watson saying I complained about them- I DID NOT! Only asked for clarification of the holdup - what a mess- Watson’s office never got back to me with a timeframe as to completing the lens job

I love the Watson family! Both Dr Lawrence and Dr Kailee have taken care of me for years. They truly have my eyes' health as their priority. They walk you through several steps checking different aspects of my eyes, looking for long term health in addition to making sure I have 20/20 vision through contacts and glasses. They clearly explained the different types of contacts (2 weeks vs 1-day, etc) and when I ordered a new pair of glasses they made sure they fit my needs perfectly. They are both very friendly, extremely knowledgable, and I highly recommend checking them out!
