The team at Lawrenceburg Eye Care are amazing, friendly, and really make you feel at home. Dr. Fort is great, and truly makes you feel at ease by outlining exactly what you need and what your options are. My visit was FANTASTIC, and they will be my permanent eye care provider from now on! 10/10

The staff was calm and friendly when I first came in and the doctor was rather gentle and understanding of my vision issues. I only say one thing is when I was trying to select some new glasses frames their was one little area I noticed had these cute ones and they didn't have a sign that said you couldn't select them so when picking a pair one of the staff members said in a slight firm tone that "They are not available it's only for Tenncare I told you this" and I apologize having not heard that part but I felt I was being a scolded.
If things are going to happen, they are going to happen to me ! Eye Doctor was great. After getting my exam I ordered lenses for my current frames. And I ask to pay ALL up front so I did. That is where the good stopped. They said it would be a week and a half. , after two weeks I called and they said they were there, and I could pick them up the next day. I said ok, went into the Lawrenceburg store next day and she said she couldn't find them, they were in Pulaski's store. I could pick them up on Monday 3 days later. I said I will go to Pulaski and pick them up. When I got there she had them ready, then she said it would cost $40.00 more, after I supposedly thought I paid the whole thing over two weeks ago. They have a lot of work to do to straighten up there mess. It doesn't work back and forth between two stores. Also when you call Lawrenceburg you get Pulaski and vice versa. And they are very high priced. I will keep their doctor but won't order glasses from them again.
This was my first visit. Dr. Fort was so friendly, welcoming and thorough. And his staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Dr. Fort was so awesome! He took his time explaining everything, he was patient and caring. I feel I received to best serve not only from the doctor but by the staff, Lisa and Carol. Thank you guys for such amazing service!
