I was having some alarming eye problems, called and was able to get right in. They were so nice and professional. The Dr. was professional, spent time explaining my conditions. I loved it. I felt much better when I left and I would recommend them.

Looked up reviews after having altercation with the front office asian woman. Iam so 😡 was never called to be reminded of my appointmemt . So I had to call got the same person who setup the appointment orginally which was Chris. I asked him to confirm when my appointment was he confirmed stating it is later today at 5pm I live in GP @20 drove all the way to Irving damb near 183 to hear my appointment was actually the day before and cancelled due to NO SHOW . Like what?! I asked the numb nut when i set the appt. if they make out patient reminders prior since the appt. was made so far in advance. Numb nut said yes. That never happen. So upset i could punch him in the head to wake his lazy as up.

The ophthalmologist and the staff were professional and very nice. Service was quick and thorough. They have a nice selection of glasses, too.

Worst vision exam appointment in my life. They don't even check your current prescription by checking your glasses. My prescription didn't come out right so would have to recheck it.

this was one of the worst experience of my life the doctor was very sweet and great with me the staff on the other hand a NIGHTMARE they are not at all professional they do not return phone calls and are so rude I feel sorry for the doctor who has a staff like this I hope he see this and does something about it
