They get one star from me generously, only because there's no option for ZERO STARS. I was told that they accepted my coverage, but they waited until they were through with the entire battery of tests, burning me for another year on tests, to tell me that I would have to fork out like $200 on top of what my coverage would pay for glasses. Mind you I was told this after my exam. So I requested my prescription, which I got minus my pupil distance measurement, conveniently and I'm sure purposely. That's got to be one of the shadiest moves I've seen, I would not recommend anybody go there.

So I went into Lenore's yesterday for the first time to have my eye exam and purchase glasses. The exam went well and I chose a pair of frames with prescription lenses. There were minimal frames to chose from but found the best of the bunch for me. After getting home I realized that I wasn't in love with the frames and wanted to shop around for others. I called and left a message six hours after my purchase to cancel my order only to be told 24 hrs later that it was not an option for a refund. So now I am stuck with a pair of $635 glasses I will probably never wear. I feel like I have been ripped off. Never again

I'm a new customer at Lenore's, having had my eye exam & ordered my glasses less than 2 weeks ago. The customer service there is above & beyond. They know glasses & were able to help me pick out the best frames. I can't wait to get them, because they are the coolest frames on the planet!! And they have a huge variety to choose from, from children's to conservative to outrageous & everything in between. I am incredibly happy with my experience there.

I can't say enough about this Lenore's Optical. Moving from Denver, I was apprehsensive about the selection of optical coices out there. Everythig is Big Box businesses and herd you in and out like cattle. Lenore's is a comfort of home. They really do care about their patients and listen to the needs and concerns they may have. I am very particular with who I trust when it comes to eyes and sight. Tammy the owner went WAY above and beyond as I found the perfect frames and color that I fell in love with. However they were mens frames and were too big for my face. Tammy spent hours and found me the perfect pair of frames that mirrored the men's frames that I absolutely would not budge from. In addition, Tammy jumped through hoops to obtain a pair of RayBan prescription sunglasses for me. I am a creature of habit and will not budge from my 80's Way Fare style. But she DID IT! I will only trust Leonre's Optical with my eyecare and eye fashion bar none.Thank you Leonore's! A great way to welcome me to Longview AND Washington State. :)

I am 65 years old and I've been visiting opticians throughout my life. Besides Tammy Johnson, only one other optician (Ruth Hanson in New Jersey, 25 years ago) ever gave me such excellence service and fine selection of high-end frames and lenses. Tammy patiently ensures that every detail is attended to. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Doctor Vega who works with Tammy.
