First off Lens Mart has the best doctors. My complaint is with the Camdenton Lens Mart front desk. One in particular receptionist was VERY rude. I tried explaining that my contacts were not working for me. I was trying to find out if I had been given a different prescription or a different brand. As I was trying to explain this, she became very rude with me and condescending and talking down to me. I even asked if I needed to make another appointment with the doctor and she became very unprofessional during our conversation. I even asked her to stop being rude to me. She continued to talk over me when all I was trying to do was ask a question about contacts. She even tried to tell me I did not have contacts with them since 2021 which was false I've been doing trials to see which one works best, hence the phone call . When I asked if she could look at my chart to tell me if I had a different brand or if I needed something different: she again became so rude . Again my complaint is not with any of the doctors. They are wonderful and I will continue to use them at the Osage Beach office as all their staff are very kind and professional. But if you work with the public learn to be kind as you represent a business and well liked doctors.
