He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through selecting the perfect pair of glasses without making me feel rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and genuine customer service really stood out. He made sure the fit was right, explained my options clearly, and helped me feel confident in my choice. You can tell he truly cares about making sure customers leave satisfied. Highly recommend this location—and definitely ask for Ricardo if you want top-notch service!

Walked into Lencrafter’s with my fingers crossed. Melissa was welcoming and asked how to help. I had an older pair of glasses that I had purchased here that needed a new compression plugs. She took the glasses and within a few minutes- had them back to 100%. Thank you Melissa! You and Rose are such great employees!
